We ship to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO. We do not ship internationally at this time.

U.S. orders of $150 or more ship free; orders under $150 ship for a flat $9.95.

Shoes are prepared in 3–7 business days — many are made to order — and delivered in 3–7 business days after shipping. You get a tracking link by email.

Unworn shoes in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. There is no restocking fee.

For change-of-mind returns and size exchanges, the customer pays return postage. If shoes arrive damaged or incorrect, we cover everything, including a free replacement or full refund.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.

Order your usual U.S. men's dress shoe size. If you are between sizes, choose the larger one.

Snug at first. Loafers have no laces, so they should hold your heel; the leather relaxes slightly with wear.

Some styles list width options on the product page. Derby shoes with open lacing also suit wider feet.

Yes. Our shoes have genuine leather uppers, as listed on each product. Croc-embossed shoes are pressed leather, not exotic skin.

Use cedar shoe trees, brush after wearing, polish every few wears and let shoes rest a day between wears.

Many leather-soled dress shoes can be resoled by a good cobbler. Ask us about a specific pair.

Yes. Our solid wood furniture is made to order, so please allow about 2–4 weeks for crafting before it ships.

Smaller pieces ship by parcel carrier; large pieces may ship by freight. Delivery takes 5–10 business days after shipping, with tracking.

Each piece is handmade from natural wood, so grain and color vary slightly. Decor and lighting in photos are not included unless stated.
